Resumen de Psicoterapia y rehumanización de las adicciones. Un modelo para la bioética personalista

Si convenimos que existe alguna posibilidad de superar las adicciones, por remota que sea, y que el hombre no sería hombre si no tuviese esa oportunidad, concluimos que ha de haber algún modelo o teoría que la fundamente. Nuestra propuesta en este artículo consiste en enfocar el fenómeno adictivo desde la perspectiva de la rehumanización, un modelo antropológico-terapéutico contrastado en Comunidades Terapéuticas Rehumanizadoras como terapia sanadora eficaz y ayuda de las personas más deshumanizadas de la sociedad. Este valioso modelo teórico-práctico, que venimos denominando desde hace algo más de una década "Filosofía de la rehumanización", puede servir de ayuda para la epistemología de una Bioética Personalista actual

If we agree that there is any chance of overcoming addictions, however remote, and that man would not be man if he did not have that opportunity, we conclude that there must be a model or theory to back it up. Our proposal in this paper is to approach the addictive phenomenon from the perspective of re-humanization, an anthropological and therapeutic model corroborated by Re-humanizing Therapeutic Communities as a healing therapy that helps the most dehumanized persons in society. This valuable theoretical and practical model, which we have come to call "re-humanization Philosophy" for more than ten years, may be of help for the epistemology of present-day Personalist Bioethics
