    El artículo aborda el concepto y la discusión en torno al "antisemitismo secun-dario" en Europa, un fenómeno en el que el Holocausto como memoria trans-nacional y globalizada y el rechazo de su vigencia y significación como me-moria judía juega un papel central. El artículo rastrea el origen del concepto en la Alemania de posguerra, explora sus ramificaciones en el contexto euro-peo contemporáneo y plantea, en forma de tres tesis, un conjunto de explica-ciones sobre antisemitismo hoy en España.

    This essay addresses the concept and the discussion on "secondary antise-mitism" in Europe. In this debate an established transnational and globalized memory of the Holocaust and the rejections and resistances it raises in terms of its significance as Jewish memory play a key role. The essay traces the origin of the concept in post-war Germany, explores its ramifications in the contem-porary European context and advances, by way of three thesis, possible expla-nations of present-day antisemitism in Spain.
