    Este trabajo expone la experiencia de la Unidad de Calidad del Hospital Clínico Universitario de Valladolid en la implantación de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad bajo la forma de la Norma ISO 9001 en diferentes Servicios/ Unidades. Se describe el contexto en el que ha tenido lugar la implantación así como los resultados obtenidos.

    This work exposes the experience of the Quality Unit of the Clinic University Hospital of Valladolid in the implantation of a Quality Management System which fulfils the requirements of the following standard ISO 9001 in different Units and Services. It describes the contest in which the ¿implantation? has taken place as well as the results obtained.
