The delivery of antibiotic doses in emergency services originates the beginnings of anti-infectious treatments that may be interrupted by the patient if he/she does not come to his/her personal physician for the request of continuation prescriptions. Before it was suspected, there were set forth a series of interventions directed to the removal by a consensus, of anti-infectious drugs from all emergency medicine chest in the Health Centers from the Primary Care Health District. The undertaken actions have allowed for the sensitization of the majority of healthcare professionals facing the problem of bacterial resistance and its implication in a more adequate use of anti-infectious drugs in primary, care
