  • Resumen
    • The archives of the Jasna Góra Monastery of the Pauline Fathers in Czestochowa, hold one of the largest early music materials collections in Poland. The music materials preserved come basically from the period between 1700 and 1914, and include over 2.100 manuscripts, as well as over 300 printed publications to a total of about 3.000 compositions. The repertoire performed here was in considerable measure subject to the peculiar rhythm of life in the sanctuary, and contributed to the atic academic critical edition and distribution of music from the Jasna Góra collections, appointing for this purpose a group of musicologists who work on a everyday basis in various academic centers of the country.
