  • By examining a recent judgement of the EctHR (Jehovah's Witnesses v. France), it is possible to evaluate how the concept of religious discrimination is evolving: from cases of outright violations, interventions have become more subtle and concern material resources. Useful points to consider can be found by examining which subjects are excluded from waste disposal taxes in the City of Rome regulations for their application
