  • Resumen
    • The earliest written reference to "oranges and pomelos" is in a Chinese book of 2000 B.C. Like so many of our best-loved plants the orange originated in China and was discovered by early adventurers and traders who, using the overland route through Persia, brought back these fruits which were then introduced into south-eastern Europe.
