    El trabajo analiza la situación actual y perspectivas de la financiación de la empresa española en tres contextos principales: el de las empresas asentadas en sus mercados, el de las empresas jóvenes y/o intensivas en tecnología y el de la restructuración del sector bancario, por su importancia en la financiación empresarial. El trabajo sostiene que las actuaciones públicas para aliviar las restricciones financieras en el actual contexto de crisis no deben llevar a perder de vista los retos que se plantean a medio plazo para cambiar un sistema financiero que se ha demostrado eficaz en la financiación de activos tangibles, pero mucho menos experimentado y dotado para financiar intangibles

    This paper examines the current situation and perspectives on the financial situation of Spanish firms, in tree main contexts: that of the firms well established in their product markets, that of the young firms and/or highly intensive in technology, and that of the restructuring of the banking industry. We argue that public policies aimed at easing the financial constraints in the current situation of economic crisis, must not ignore the mead term target of changing the financial system from one that has been effective in providing funds for financing tangible, real state assets, to another where expertise will be needed for dealing with financing of intangible assets.
