    El artículo describe aquellos bienes inmuebles que fueron surgiendo en la localidad de Sueca (La Ribera Baixa) a partir del nacimiento de la sociedad industrial-capitalista, es decir, desde aproximadamente 1860 hasta bien entrado el siglo XX, alcanzando su punto álgido durante la Primera Guerra Mundial. Es, pues, en esta época cuando comienzan a surgir unas necesidades concretas por parte de esta burguesía propietaria de los campos de arroz, que se materializarán en unas tipologías arquitectónicas nuevas.

    The article describes those real estate that arose in the Swedish town (La Ribera Baixa) from the birth of the industrial-capitalist society, that is, from about 1860 until well into the twentieth century, reaching its peak during the First World war.
