The analysis of the orientation of 870 underground galleries from 35 caves and 668 fractures and other lineaments in seven karstic massifs around the Spanish Central Range points out a significative structural control of the endo- and exokarstic morphologies. The karstic galleries in the studied region show a dominant N135-165E trend, very similar to the orientation of the measured fractures and lineaments in the exokarst (N120-150E), and a secondary maximum at N90E
