Poíticas para la creación de empresas de transición socialista en Venezuela

    Esta investigación tiene como objetivo describir los lineamientos Político-Económicos y Sociales que han impulsado al gobierno Venezolano, a proponer nuevas formas empresariales, en aras de reactivar el aparato productivo del país, la necesidad de diversificar la economía, salir del esquema rentístico mono productor e impulsar un modelo económico que este basado en el desarrollo endógeno, sostenible, sustentable, de corte humano, participativo y soberano, con administración eficiente de sus recursos para poder generar el impacto deseado. Enmarcado en el accionar del Ministerio de Industrias se persigue identificar las tareas fundamentales realizadas en materia de empresas recuperadas, en construcción, proyectos, mixtas y operativas, del sector secundario de la economía.

    El trabajo se realizó con información recolectada a través de fuentes documentales y bibliográficas relacionadas con el tema. Se concluye que los procesos relacionados con la conformación de estas empresas constituyen una necesidad en la construcción de la teoría de transición socialista en Venezuela, que es inminente, el rescate, la ampliación, modernización, reconversión y fortalecimiento de la industria, fomentando en estas el espíritu del socialismo presente en cada uno de los procesos de formación, gestión y distribución de sus recursos, participación y coordinación con otros entes de adscripción.

    This researching has an objective to describe economic political and social ways that the president of Venezuela has promoted; to propose new ways of interprises in orden to reactivate productive systems of the country (Venezuela), the needs to diversify the economy, to change the old model of mono-productor and rentistic, and to develop an economical model that is based in the endogenous development, sustainable, of human features, participative, and sovereign, with an efficient administration of its resources to be able to generate the wanted changes. Fundamental by the ministry of industry in order to identify the fundamental tasks realized from the recovered interprises maters, in construction, schemes, mixed, and active (working), from secondary level of the economy. The work has been carried out with gotten information (report) from the officers of ministry of industry, through interviews and given documentations that soported ineluded data. It is conchuded that the related proccesses whith the preparation of these interprises represent the need in construction of the theory of socialist transition in Venezuela, It is urgent, the recuperation, the amplification, modernization, and strengthening of industry, promoting in this present socialism´s vocation in each one of de formation processes, management, distribution of its resources, participation.
