The crisis of our times is not just economical: it is also architectonical.
Finnish architect J. Pallasmaa has inquired into it, and he has referred to the need of philosophy as a possible guidance in our critical situation. This paper is an attempt to promote an interdisciplinary dialog between philosophy and architecture, in which we could find both the origin of the crisis and the way to overcome it
