Resumen de La propiedad de la tierra en la Extremadura del siglo XIX: estado de la cuestión

  Esta ponencia versa sobre los distintos procesos que han determinado la configuración de la propiedad en torno al factor tierra. De esta manera, abordamos la disolución del régimen señorial, la desvinculación de mayorazgos y la configuración de una nueva clase nobiliaria bajo el Estado liberal. Y así, bajo los nuevos derroteros del liberalismo, se iniciará la reforma agraria liberal en distintas fases y etapas a lo largo del siglo XIX. Nos centramos en los resultados obtenidos en los diferentes procesos desamortizadores en Extremadura y su incidencia sobre la tierra y la propiedad. Aunque los resultados ya han sido definidos con claridad por la historiografía, serán nuevamente revisados y ajustados a los últimos estudio

  This presentation deals with the different processes that have determined the configuration of the property relating to land factor. In this way, we tackle the dissolution of the lordly regimen, the detachment of primogenitures and the configuration of a new noble class under the liberal state. And this way, under the new courses of the liberalism, the agrarian liberal reform will be initiated in different phases and stages along the 19th century. We focus on the results obtained in the different seizing processes in Extremadura and his effect on the land and property. Althongh the results have already been clearly defined by the historiography, they will be checked again and fitted to the lastest studies.
