Resumen de Secuencias de una impunidad prolongada: La experiencia uruguaya cuando amanecen verdad y justicia

La dictadura uruguaya (1973-1985) se ha constituido en un quiebre dentro de la historia del siglo XX. Sus huellas permanecen gravadas y provocan de manera permanente el diseño de distintas estrategias políticas y sociales. Con éstas y según los actores y los contextos, se pretende activar y atender o frenar y desdibujar las demandas por las violaciones de derechos humanos. En este artículo se recurre a la práctica narrativa de un documental para ofrecer algunas secuencias del largo proceso uruguayo de impunidad. Se trata de una selección que jerarquiza analítica y documentadamente aquéllas que encierran acontecimientos que han dado perfil propio a la tramitación de pasado.

Sequences of a Prolonged ImpunityThe Uruguayan experience in the dawn of truth and justice The Uruguayan dictatorship (1973-1985) has become a turning point in the history of the 20th century. Its prints remain engraved and permanently cause a design of different political and social strategies. With these, and according to the actors and the contexts, the demands due to human rights violations are meant to be activated, attended, stopped or blurred. This article draws on the narrative practice of a documentary in order to offer some sequences of the long Uruguayan process of impunity. It is a selection that makes an analytical and documentary hierarchy of those events that encompass and have given a particular profile to the processing of the past
