    Los títulos valores están regulados en nuestro país por la Ley n.º 27287 promulgada el 17 de junio del 2000 y publicada en el Diario Oficial el 19 del mismo mes y año, siendo presidente de la República ALBERTO FUJIMORI. La presente ley se subdivide en dos libros: el primero de Parte general y el segundo de Parte especial; en ellos se presentan secciones y títulos que dan mayores explicaciones sobre los títulos valores

    Securities in our country are regulated by Law No. 27,287 enacted on June 17, 2000 and published in the official gazette, the 19th of that month, by the President of the Republic in that year was ALBERTO FUJIMORI. The present law is subdivided into General Part Book One and Book Two Part Special, these books are presented in sections and titles that give further explanation of the securities.
