Para el desarrollo del turismo se han implementado diferentes innovaciones para llamar la atención de los turistas. Una de estas innovaciones han sido nuevos modelos de transportación como los llamados buses de dos pisos o panorámicos. En estas unidades se trata de mostrar los atractivos que posee una localidad, sin lograr mayor profundización de estos, pero como una herramienta que permite generar al turista una visión global del destino. Estos buses se han convertido no solo en servicios, sino en un atractivo en sí, por lo que complementan el empaquetamiento turístico de los destinos. El presente artículo trata sobre la necesidad de conocer la satisfacción que generan estos servicios en el cliente para con ello no solo mejorar el servicio, sino además evaluar la pertinencia de estas innovaciones en la ciudad de Quito.

For Tourism development some different innovations have been implemented to call the tourists attention. One of these innovations has been the new models of transportation as the called two floors buses or panoramic. On these units, all the attractions there are in the community are tried to show, without getting a big deepness but as a tool that permits to generate a global vision of the destiny for the tourist.
These buses have become not only services, but also an attraction by themselves, so, they complement the touristic package of the destinies. The present article refers to the necessity of knowing the sati9sfaction that these services generate into the customer, and with this to improve the service, but, besides to evaluate the pertinence of these innovations in Quito city.
