    En este trabajo propongo una aproximación a la noción de justicia en el pensamiento de Jacques Derrida, a través del tratamiento de la aporía de la decisión. Tomando como guía de lectura Dar la muerte, pretendo dar cuenta de que la exposición del sí mismo al otro, que demanda contar con lo incalculable, está presupuesta en dicha aporía. Si lo que está en juego reside en una problematización de la subjetividad con vista a la decisión y a la responsabilidad que esta exige, resulta necesario problematizar algunas nociones clásicas, como autonomía y heteronomía. Debido a un movimiento que no solo las incorpora, sino que también nace del otro, la justicia como instancia mediadora debe ser interrogada. En otros términos, previo a que la justicia sea concebida bajo un cálculo y una regla, ella misma debe lidiar con lo incalculable.

    In this article I propose an approach to the notion of justice in the thought of Jacques Derrida through the exposition of the aporia of decision-making. In order to do so, I will use The gift of death as a guide. I intend to demonstrate that the exposition of the self to the other, which demands taking the incalculable into account, is presupposed in the aforementioned aporia. If what is at stake resides in a problematization of the subjectivity in terms of the decision and the responsibility that is required of it, it would be necessary to rethink classical notions such as autonomy and heteronomy. Justice must be examined, as a result of a movement that incorporates both notions and that is at the same time born from the other. In other words, before justice may be conceived of under a calculus and a rule, it it should have to take the incalculable into account.
