Resumen de Politica e amministrazione: riflessioni a margine di un rapporto controverso
The essay develops a reflection on a classic issue of the relationship between politics and administration: a classic question, but always present, where the tensions and contradictions at the heart of today’s democracies are discharged. The Author retraces the essential features of the theoretical models through which the relationship between politics and administration has been reconstructed, analyzing in particular the events that in our country led, among numerous uncertainties and contradictions, to the gradual emergence of a new model of relationship between politics and administration: a model inspired by the criterion of a tendential separation of the respective areas of competence.
