  • Resumen
    • The citizenship of the Hermeneutic Philosophy surpasses multicultural proposals. It detects the lack of pre-philosophic solutions: cosmopolitan, republican citizenship, communitarian and liberal. As a consequence, it assumes and fuses equalities and differences in a project. It establishes the merging of four key horizons: the sense of belonging to a community; an agreement in rights and obligations of an identifier project; the right to take part in politics (to be co-legislators), and the validation of a right according to interests. In consequence, it gives the right of opportunity over the right of possession; making the strange our own. This citizenship reaches, by hermeneutic empathy, each one to grant him the subsidiary of a categorical right. It is an invitation to treat others as you would yourself.
