El estudio aborda el análisis de las sentencias dictadas en aplicación del principio de igualdad de trato y oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres desde el 1 de enero de 2011 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2011 por el Tribunal Constitucional. Se observa una reducción importante del número de cuestiones en comparación con otros años anteriores. Analizando las sentencias dictadas ninguna de ellas destaca como doctrina novedosa.

The study deals with the analysis of judgments under the principle of equal treatment and opportunities between women and men from the January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2011 by the Constitutional Court of Justice of Spain. During the period under analysis, there is a significant reduction in the number of questions compared to other previous years. Analyzing judgments none of them stands out as novel doctrine.
