    Este artículo es el segundo de una serie de dos sobre redes neuronales (*). La serie se centra en una colección de modelos de redes neuronales que se pueden derivar de un conjunto común de ecuaciones de nodo. La primera parte servía de introducción a las redes estáticas. En esta segunda entrega se introducen las redes dinámicas. En particular, se presentan dos modelos: las redes de Hopfield y las redes neuronales recurrentes.

    This paper tries to introduce the LQG/LTR method. This method has been developed in the last ten years and constitutes a synthesis effort between classical and modern control systems desing methods. Concepts such as stability margin, which is an excellent measure of the system robustness, are taken from classical design methods. The algorithmical and global synthesis without a previous structure of the control system, are taken from modern control methods, particulary from LQG. The paper includes a presentation of the algorithm, a justification of its interest and an apllication example to familiarize the reader.
