  • In the crisis, public libraries are increasingly forced to consider new sources of funding. The article intends to define the cultural and methodological framework of fund raising, pointing out the importance of creating relationship with donors and getting them engaged in the library projects. It also presents an overview of the Italian situation, through some case studies.
