  De entre los elementos que degradan el terreno y favorecen el avance de la desertificación, los incendios forestales son quizá los que más asolan nuestras áreas boscosas.

  Este artículo pretende mostrarnos cuáles son los efectos de los incendios sobre los diferentes elementos del entorno, los factores que afectan tanto al riesgo de incendio como a su propagación, así como las técnicas de lucha para evitar y/o reducir sus efectos.

  Among the elements that degrade the soild and favour the advance of the desert, the fires are, pechaps, the main reason of the desolation of the our woods.

  This article tries to explain the effects of the fires on the differents elements of the environment, the factors that affect to the risk of the fire and his propagation, as well as the techniques to avoid and to reduce his effects.
