    • This essay, end of a three article series titled "Bibliotche con uso di cucina" (i.e. "Libraries with kitchen"), presents and describes some digital resources regarding cooking, gastronomy, food history and other related matters. In the "mare magnum" of the web materials on these subjects, the author focuses on the most reliable web portals and sites devoted to cooking and food culture, in order to supply a guide to researchers, librarians and readers.
