    Durante el antiguo régimen los desórdenes públicos fueron una constante en el reino de Navarra. Sin embargo, para llegar a tener una visión completa de esta compleja rea- lidad hay que prestar la atención que se merecen a los distintos instrumentos que fueron pro- pios y característicos de estos conflictos. es por ello que en el presente artículo pretendo ana- lizar los diferentes mecanismos que emplearon los protagonistas de estos fenómenos violentos.

    tratando de comprender no sólo sus motivos, sino también intentando comprobar si existie- ron pautas de comportamiento propias y específicas de unos altercados, frente a otras que pueden considerarse como comunes a todos ellos.

    During the old regime the public disorders were a constant in the Kingdom of Navarre. Nevertheless, to get to have a complete vision of this complicated reality it is neces- sary to pay the attention that deserves the different instruments that were own and character- istic of these conflicts. It is for that reason that in the present article I try to analyze the dif- ferent mechanisms that employed the protagonists of these violent phenomena. trying to understand not only its reasons, but also trying to verify if they existed your rule of behav- iour own and specific of an argument, against which they can be considered like common to all of them.
