Resumen de El Sexenio revolucionario en el Noroeste murciano: : Notas para la historia de Moratalla

El objeto de la presente comunicación es esbozar el desarrollo de los acontecimientos políticos y socio-económicos en la villa murciana de Moratalla, a lo largo del período histórico 1868-75.
Durante el mismo, se pueden apreciar tres momentos diferenciados, que coinciden con:
a) Destronamiento y monarquía de Amadeo de Sabaya.
b) 1° República. Azote del carlismo, inestabilidad socio-política.
c) Declive revolucionario y Restauración borbónica.
El protagonismo y el miedo, al mismo tiempo, de la burguesía agraria moratallera, son los factores determinantes, junto a la postura intransigente de la iglesia local, opuesta desde el principio al triunfo de la revolución.

The objective of this present comunication is to show off the development politic and socio-economic of the events in the village of Moratalla during the history period of (1868-75).
In the same period of time you can appreciate three different moments, which coincident with:
a) Dethronement and monarchy of Amadeo of Saboya.
b) Iº Republic.- The scourage of the Carlism and the sociopolitic instability.
c) Revolutionary decline and Bourbon Restoration.
For the bourgeoisie or middle clan agrarian of Moratalla to be protagonist and the fear have been the determinant factors.- Also the intransigent position of the chuch in this village, opposite from the beginnig to the triumph of the revolution.
