    La actual cultura de los cuidados y la integración de la satisfacción del usuario en el sistema sanitario, repercute en la responsabilidad de enfermería por mejorar la calidad de la asistencia. Desde el inicio de la enfermería como profesión es bien conocido que uno de los aspectos más importantes de la atención al individuo sano o enfermo, es la comunicación, ya que permite establecer interacciones y relaciones terapéuticas encaminadas a la restauración de la salud. Sin embargo, hoy en día, continúa relegándose a un segundo plano.

    Habilidades y características tales como la empatía, la escucha activa, el respeto a la dignidad del individuo etc., se deben desarrollar con la finalidad de conseguir una comunicación eficaz y una relación terapéutica satisfactoria. Esto implica un gran cambio en el significado de cuidar y en la humanización del proceso asistencial.

    The current culture of the cares and the integration of the user�s satisfaction in the sanitary system, rebound in the infirmary responsibility to improve the quality of the attendance. From the beginning of the infirmary like profession is very well-known that one of the most important aspects of the attention to the healthy or sick individual, is the communication, since it allows to establish interactions and therapeutic relationships guided to the restoration of the health. However, today in day, it continues being relegated to a second plane.

    Abilities and characteristic such as the empathy, he/she listens to it active, the respect to the individual�s etc.
