    Masculino de 42 años de edad, quien sufrió fractura de tobillo izquierdo, tratada quirúrgicamente mediante osteosíntesis, la cual fue insuficiente y generó inestabilidad, así como la ulterior ruptura del implante, por lo que fue reintervenido para la realización de nueva y correcta osteosíntesis.

    therefore, he was re-operated to perform osteosynthesis one more time and in an appropriate manner.
