    Con esta aportación se propone implementar un mecanismo electrónico, consistente en un reloj automatizado en el sello que se utiliza para marcar con la palabra �Votó� el recuadro que aparece en la lista nominal de electores. Lo anterior, con el fin de que se plasme la hora exacta de la recepción del sufragio y se pueda contabilizar con mayor grado de certeza la cantidad de votos que se hayan visto afectados ante la existencia de un hecho irregular durante el proceso electoral. Este proyecto surge como respuesta a la necesidad de que el órgano jurisdiccional electoral cuente con elementos eficaces para resolver con certeza y precisión los medios de impugnación en los que basa sus resoluciones.

    The article proposes the implementation of an electronic device consisting of an automatic time clock printing on the signet utilized to mark with the word �voted� on the box of the voter registration list. The automatic time clock marks the exact time of receipt of the vote, giving a greater degree of certainty over those votes that have been affected with the existence of irregular facts during the election process. This project is a response to the need of the electoral courts of conviction elements and effectiveness in dealing with certainty and precision as much as possible in their decisions.
