Resumen de ¿Es posible jugar por Ley?

El presente escrito es producto de avances en una de las líneas del proyecto de investigación �Infancia e Institución(es). Estudio y análisis crítico del Dispositivo Integral de Protección a la Niñez y Adolescencia (INFEIES- DiPro I)�, radicado en la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata. En primer lugar, se presentan puntuaciones respecto del estado del arte de la noción de juego para las ciencias sociales y el psicoanálisis. En segundo lugar, se expone el análisis crítico de la noción de juego que se desprende de las dimensiones presentes en la Ley de Educación Nacional 26.206 art. y uno de sus instrumentos de aplicación: el Proyecto Ludotecas Escolares para Nivel Inicial del Ministerio de Educación de la Nación en el período 2010-2011. El análisis de la LEN y, del proyecto de Ludotecas, nos permite afirmar que la noción de juego presente en su texto, produce en su aplicación efectos paradojales que pueden distanciarla de sus propósitos iniciales.

This paper is product of advances in one of the lines of the investigation project �Childhood and Institution (it is). Study and critical analysis of the Integral Device of Protection to the Childhood and Adolescence. (INFEIES- DiPro I)� Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, Argentina. In the first place, scores appear respect to the state-of-the-art of the �play� notion for social sciences and the psychoanalysis. Secondly, the critical analysis of the play notion is exposed that comes off the present dimensions in the Law of Education Nacional Argentina 26,206 art. and one of his instruments of application: the Ludotecas Project Scholastic for Initial Level of the Ministry of Education of the Nation in period 2010-2011. The analysis of LEN and, of the Ludotecas´s project, allows us to affirm that the play notion present in its text, produces in his application paradojales effects that can distance it of their initial intentions.
