DE LO SUBLIME A LO TÉCNICO: LA INCORPORACIÓN DE LA NOCIÓN DE PAISAJE EN EL PLANEAMIENTO REGIONAL EN ARGENTINA

    Desde los primeros años de la década de 1940 aumentó el interés por una organización integrada y planificada de lo urbano y lo rural, incorporando estratégicamente la dimensión territorial a los recursos del país, en el marco de las perspectivas y proyectos de desarrollo nacional. Se evidenciaron, en este proceso, las deficiencias disciplinares para un planeamiento integrado y la necesidad de un mejor conocimiento del territorio. La utilización del concepto de paisaje constituyó una herramienta conceptual, técnica y operativa que permitió superar estas dificultades.

    Indagando históricamente en la conformación y sentido del concepto de paisaje contenido en textos y planes del período, analizando sus articulaciones con otros campos de ideas que los interceptaron, así como los objetivos de su incorporación al planeamiento regional, podemos establecer los fundamentos de otras disciplinas que sustentaron esta idea de paisaje, la finalidad de su construcción y los modos de utilización para los que fue concebido.

    Since the beginning of the 40´s decade graduallyearly 1940s there has been a gradual increase ind the interest in integrating urban and rural planning in the framework of strategic an integrated and planned matters of both urban and rural to incorporate in a strategic manner the territorial dimension to the country resourceregional developments. This was made in the frame of perspectives and projects of national development. The process showed tIt has been shown that in order to achieve integrated planning it will be necessary to overcomehe disciplinarians disciplinary shortcomings deficiencies and obtain a more thorough knowledge of regional developmentto face an integrated planning, and at the same tame, the necessity to know the territory in a better way.

    The concept of use of landscape concept was used as a theoretical, technical and operative tool that made possible to overcomefor overcoming theose difficulties.

    It is probable to inquire historically into the conformation and sense of landscape concept included in texts and planes of that age. The development and meaning of the concept of landscape are studied through historical texts and plans. Analysing By analysing its the way in which landscape has been articulated with articulations not only with others fields of ideas but with the objectives of its incorporation to thewith a view to incorporating it in regional planning, it is possible to established the based basis of for others disciplines that support the idea of landscapeed this landscape�s idea. The final purpose of its construction and its using modes can be found too and to determine the way in which landscape can be created and used.
