    Se exploran las características de las víctimas del bullying y se indican diferentes etapas en el tratamiento terapéutico, haciendo hincapié en la autorregulación cognitiva y el control emocional. También se indican ámbitos de entrenamiento que aporten a las víctimas herramientas de trabajo que les permitan mejorar su respuesta ante el maltrato entre iguales.

    We are exploring the characteristics of the victims of the bullying and different stages are indicated in the therapeutic treatment, specially the cognitive regulation and the emotional control. We also indicate areas of training that should contribute to the victims providing them with tools of work that allow them to better face bullying.

    Neste artigo são exploradas as características das vítimas do bullying e são indicadas diferentes etapas no tratamento terapêutico, enfatizando a auto-regulação cognitiva e o controle emocional. Também são indicados âmbitos de envolvimento que portem às vitimas ferramentas de trabalhos que lhes permitam melhorar suas respostas diante dos maus tratos entre iguais.
