    En las elecciones presidenciales que se celebrarán el 1 de julio, el PRI puede regresar al poder que perdió democráticamente en 2000. El partido gobernante en México, el PAN, está desbordado por su fracaso en la guerra contra los narcos y su candidata se encuentra a 20 puntos del candidato del PRI. Estas elecciones dirán también si México se mantiene en el modelo de los tres tercios, en el que el reparto del Parlamento federal entre tres grandes partidos, sin que ninguno tenga la mayoría absoluta, ha conducido al país al bloqueo institucional.

    In the presidential elections to be held on July 1, the PRI can return to the power that lost democratically in 2000 it lost.
