Resumen de Algunas cuestiones de técnica legislativa en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional de 2011

En el año 2011, el Tribunal Constitucional ha dictado tres sentencias en las que se abordan cuestiones relacionadas con la técnica legislativa. La primera, la STC 119/2011, de 5 de julio, expresa la necesaria homogeneidad de las enmiendas con el texto enmendado.
Las otras dos sentencias examinadas se pronuncian sobre la constitucionalidad de las llamadas "leyes de acompañamiento" a la ley de presupuestos, reiterando la doctrina sobre las enmiendas.

The Constitutional Court pronounced three judments in 2011, which address issues of legislative drafting. Firstly, the STC 119/2011, of July 5, expresses the necessary homogeneity of the amendments to the amended text. The other two judgments examined rule on the constitutionality of so-called "laws accompanying the budget act", reiterating the doctrine on the amendments.
