    The aim of this article is to demonstrate the psychoanalysis. current conceptions about the conception of art and the coherence of these interpretations in anthropology with examples of some tribes, like the people who live along of the Sepik River, the Cadieus from Brazil and the Yonglu, mainly towards the psychological notions of unconsciousness and the antithetical pairs.

    O objetivo deste artigo é demonstrar as atuais concepções na psicanálise sobre a concepção da arte e a coerência dessas abordagens na antropologia com exemplos de algumas tribos, entre elas os povos que vivem ao longo do rio Sepik, os Cadieus do Brasil e os Yonglu, principalmente no que se refere aos conceitos psicológicos de inconsciente e de pares antitéticos.
