    This article is composed according to research with the participants of the project named Portal da Inclusão, thus enabling an analysis of the exclusion/ inclusion situation experienced by people who have had the experience of life on the streets. To contextualize it, the Project is described in the perspective of the Unique Social Assistance System situating it in the High Complexity Social Protection. Nongovernmental partner Institutions such as Albergue Santa Luiza de Marillac, Instituto Maringaense de Reintegração Social � IMARES and Recanto da Fraternidade Plantando Vidas and the government institution Abrigo Municipal are here characterized.

    In this manner, the analysis of the interviews is highlighted, displaying the reality of the individuals of this research and their understanding about this reality.

    A pesquisa com os participantes do Projeto Portal da Inclusão compõe este artigo possibilitando uma análise da situação exclusão/inclusão vivenciada por pessoas que já estiveram em situação de rua. Para contextualizar, descreve-se o Projeto na perspectiva do Sistema Único de Assistência Social, situando-o na Proteção Social de Alta Complexidade. São caracterizadas as Instituições parceiras, não governamentais:

    Albergue Santa Luiza de Marillac, Instituto Maringaense de Reintegração Social � IMARES e Recanto da Fraternidade Plantando Vidas e governamental: Abrigo Municipal.

    E assim, destaca-se a análise das entrevistas, que demonstra a realidade dos sujeitos da pesquisa, e a compreensão dos mesmos sobre ela.
