  • This article deals with the arly migration period in East Romani, When the Visigoths during the end of the 3rd and beginning of the 4th cent. invaded and settled in the lower Danube region, In etnic and cultural context they formed togtether with Dacian and Samatian tibes the Santana de Mureç-Cernjachov cultures. In the findings there a re a series of objects wich give evidente of Crhristianity and wich are connnected wih the missionary work of the biospos were sent to found Christian communies among the Barbarians and to construct sacral buildings for them. That such buildings have been realized are showing the remains of a former sacral building in the great necropolis of Mihlaçseni, jud. Botosani, Romania.
