    Este artigo tem por objetivo compreender alguns aspectos da dinâmica que envolve os arranjos familiares contemporâneos, considerando a realidade das adolescentes abrigadas na Casa Santa Luiza de Marillac, situada no município de Ponta Grossa/Pr. Também buscamos apreender a relação das adolescentes com a instituição de abrigo. A metodologia utilizada abrangeu as pesquisas bibliográfica, documental e de campo. Observamos em nosso trabalho que as famílias se tornam mais vulneráveis frente a acontecimentos como morte, doença e empobrecimento, por isso acreditamos que um trabalho eficaz de orientação, apoio e fortalecimento das famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade social é um forte aliado na luta a favor da convivência familiar e comunitária da população infanto-juvenil. De tal modo, apresentamos o Plano Nacional de Promoção, Defesa e Garantia do Direito de Crianças e Adolescentes à Convivência Familiar e Comunitária, pela importância deste documento na garantia do direito fundamental de crianças e adolescentes crescerem e serem educados no seio de uma família e de uma comunidade.

    This article has for objective to understand some aspects of the dynamics that involves the arrangements family contemporaries, considering the reality of the adolescents sheltered in the House Saint Luiza de Marillac, situated in the city of Ponta Grossa/Pr. Also we searched to apprehend the relation of the adolescents with the shelter institution. The used methodology enclosed the research bibliographical, documentary and of field. We observe in our work that the more vulnerable families if become front the events as death, illness and impoverishment, therefore we believe an efficient work of orientation, support and reinforcement of the families in situation of social vulnerability is a fort ally in the fight in favor of the familiar and communitarian conviviality of the infant-youthful population. In such way, we present the National Plan of Promotion, Defense and Guarantee of the Right of Children and Adolescents to the Familiar and Communitarian Conviviality, for the importance of this document in the guarantee of the basic right of children and adolescents to grow and to be educated in the scope of a family and a community.
