Resumen de Investigación sobre la propia investigación.: Entretejiendo modelo conceptual y solución informática, en un estado del arte para un programa de educación superior.

La presente ponencia da cuenta del proceso de investigación seguido en la construcción de un estado arte del conocimiento desde la perspectiva hermenéutica en sus momentos: descripción, interpretación y construcción de sentido.
Luego de contextualizar el tema de la investigación sobre la propia investigación desde distintas producciones significativas para la comunidad académica se ha llegado a una comprensión: la investigación sobre el estado del arte genera nuevo conocimiento y potencia la elaboración de producciones propias, limitando así la reproducción de materiales extranjeros; permite avanzar y trascender elaboraciones fragmentadas y dispersas de la realidad. Con estos avances, los(as) investigadores(as) pertenecientes al grupo de Investigación Construyendo Comunidad Educativa se propusieron adelantar el proyecto Estado del arte de la investigación, en el programa Administración Industrial de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC), para el periodo 1986-2000.
El dialogo permanente entre el modelo conceptual ideado y el diseño de la solución informática, luego de encontrar el sentido a lo investigado, propuso criterios para la construcción de líneas de investigación; la solución informática se constituyó en valor agregado, aporte valioso, fuente de consulta, evidencia e impacto del programa en el entorno.

This essay deals with the research process followed in the construction of the state of the art of knowledge, from a hermeneutic perspective in its stages:
description, interpretation and construction of meaning.
After contextualizing the topic of this research on research itself from different meaningful productions for the academic community, an understanding of this has been reached: research on the state of the art produces new knowledge and fosters the construction of original productions, thus limiting the reproduction of foreign materials. This research also allows discrete constructions to advance and be surpassed, which in some cases ignore reality. With these developments the researchers of the research group �constructing educational community� set up the goal of developing the project �state of the art of research�, in the program �Industrial Administration� of the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC). At that time 1986-2002, the constant dialogue between the conceptual model suggested and the design of the IT solution, represented added value, which is a source of reference and impact of the program on the environment.
