El objeto del presente artículo es presentar la "memoria" con las últimas voluntades de Domenico Scarlatti, realizada años después de su testamento, que está fechado el 19 de octubre de 1749. La primera parte la realiza el 19 de diciembre de 1754 escrita de su puño y letra, y la segunda, se la dicta a su hijo Fernando el 19 de junio de 1757, por encontrarse gravemente enfermo. Este documento forma parte de los autos originados con motivo del reparto de la herencia del músico y se encuentran entre los papeles del Tribunal de Justicia Privativa de la Real Casa, custodiados en el Archivo del Palacio Real.

The subject of this article is the memorial containing the last will of Domenico Scarlatti, as it was written some years after his testament, dated the 19th October of 1749. The first part of this memorial dates from the 19th of December of 1754 and it was written by Domenico Scarlatti himself. The second part was dictated to his son Fernando, because of Scarlatti's serious illness, on the 19th of June of 1757. This document is part of the judicial decrees produced during the division of Scarlatti's heritage and they are contained within the papers of the Private Tribunal of Justice of the Royal House, today preserved in the Archives of the Royal Palace.
