Resumen de Manuscript polyphonic choirbooks from El Escorial: physical descriptions and inventories
Fifteen manuscript polyphonic choirbooks now found in New York, Montserrat, Pastrana and El Escorial belong to a group of manuscripts copied early in the seventeenth century probably at El Escorial. This article gives a concise physical description of each of these manuscripts, together with a transcription of the manuscript's original index and an inventory of its contents. There is also an alphabetical composition index and a composer index.
