Resumen de El Espacio Público en la Ciudad Colombiana:: un modelo para armar

Durante los últimos años ha habido una polarización en torno a temas fundamentales en la construcción de la ciudad.
Quizás uno de los temas recurridos en esa polarización ha sido el del Espacio Público: Entre la actitud escéptica y la evidencia de habitación hay gran distancia.
Este escrito busca afinar la definición de lo �público� para tener la oportunidad de retomar el hilo de una discusión que se perdió específicamente en el manejo público, de periodistas, políticos de diferente talante y funcionarios con preocupación por las transformaciones excitantes de la moda, que de él se hizo.
Hablar de los elementos componentes de la ciudad - en nuestro caso específico hablar del espacio público- obliga a marcar diferentes senderos intelectuales de aproximación.
Cada uno de los senderos ha sido estructurado bajo criterios, conceptos y propuestas metodológicas particulares. Al final se pretende mostrar la rica gama de conceptos que se interrelacionan, se contradicen y finalmente comparten la interesante dinámica del urbanismo contemporáneo.
En este escrito se ha tomado como conceptos básicos la organicidad, la historia y las características de la accesibilidad urbana. Es una especie de �modelo para armar�; son piezas fundamentales que permiten armar diferentes discursos atendiendo los parámetros de la labor profesional del urbanista. During the last years there has been a divergence about essential subjects in the construction of the city. Possibly one of the most revealed subjects that polarization has been the one of the Public Space: between the skeptical attitude and the evidence of living there is huge distance.
This writing search for completing the definition of �public� in order to have the opportunity to take again the thread of a discussion that have lost specifically in the public handling, of journalists, politicians of different motivation and civil employees with the worry about the exciting transformations of the fashion, that was made of it.
Speaking about the component elements of the city - speaking about the public space in our specific case - makes necessary to mark different intellectual ways to approach it. Each one of the ways has been structured under viewpoints, concepts and particular methodological proposals. At the end it is pretended to show the diverse range of concepts that interconnect, contradict themselves and finally share the interesting dynamic of contemporary urbanism.
This writing has taken as basic concepts the organismal pattern, the history and the urban accessibility characteristics. It is kind of �model to arm�; they are fundamental pieces that allow to arm different speeches taking care of the parameters from the professional work of the city planner. The model assembles itself from interconnection systems and relation, paying attention to the specificity of the Colombian context
