    Se hace explícita de manera simultánea, la realidad de los derechos humanos en Paraguay, así como la necesidad de que la misma sea leída considerando otros aspectos � sociales, económicos y políticos, particularmente para el período definido por la contemporaneidad que comprende de 1998-2010-, y las múltiples interacciones entre los mismos.

    Que permitan reconstruir un cuadro más o menos completo, así como su movimiento, su historia y los procesos que han llevado a que sean/eamos lo que hoy son/somos en términos de estatus y vigencia de derechos, también delineando al mismo tiempo sus posibilidades y rumbo futuros. Y su incidencia recíproca en la propia estructura que los condiciona �lo que es condicionado en un tiempo uno, pasa a ser variable y realidad que condiciona el resto de lo social en un tiempo dos, y así sucesivamente en una dinámica histórica social incesante.

    It simultaneously becomes explicit the reality of human rights in Paraguay, as well as the need that it has to be read considering other aspects - social, economic and political, particularly for the period defined by contemporary comprising 1998-2010 - and the many interactions among them. That allows to reconstruct a more or less complete frame, as well as its movement, its history and the processes that have led them/us to what they are/we are in terms of status and validity of rights, while also outlining its possibilities and future directions. And their mutual impact in the own structure that condition them- which is conditioned in a time one, becomes variable and reality that determines the rest of the social in a time two, and so on in a continuous social historical dynamics
