    La aparición del smartphone como gadget integrador de servicios ha supuesto una nueva forma de interactuar entre los ciudadanos. Un cambio social se avecina amparado por una conectividad móvil que permite una integración total de servicios online. La juventud española se ha vista arrastrada por este fenómeno que conjuga perfectamente con sus necesidades en las redes sociales y la mensajería instantánea. Su relevancia está ya fuera de toda duda tras los fenómenos de participación ciudadana que hemos vivido últimamente, como la primavera árabe o el movimiento 15-M. Actualmente la importancia que este tipo de herramientas está teniendo en la sociedad está modificando rutinas comunicativas que hasta hace poco tiempo parecían estables apostando por una movilidad y una conectividad constante.
