Resumen de Processus iudiciarius secundum stilum Pragensem and its author
this study consists of three parts: ( I. ) The biography of Nicolaus Puchnik, general vicar of the Prague archbishopric, professor of canon law at the University of Prague and author of the procedural canon law treatise " Processus iudiciarius secundeum stilum Pragensem ". ( II. ) The genesis of the work, its importance and use. Puchnik wrote this treatise, in which he combines a theory of procedural canon law and applied higher education during the 2nd half of the 1380s. Currently there is evidence of 15 manuscript copies of this treatise. ( III. ) A chapter by chapter synopsis of the treatise.
