Resumen de Argumentar contra la censura

A la luz de algunos conflictos contemporáneos que giran en torno a la libertad de expresión, este artículo recuerda el característico rechazo de la censura que se advierte en la doctrina liberal, pregunta si el mismo sigue siendo justificable cuando se consideran las delicadas relaciones que hoy día mantienen la política y la religión y termina reconstruyendo esquemáticamente una argumentación jurídica en principio contraria a la censura estatal.

Due to some contemporary conflicts that turn around the freedom of speech, this article remarks the characteristic rejection of the censorship that is noticed in the liberal doctrine, it asks if the same continues being justifiable when the delicate relations are considered which nowadays are maintained by politics and religion and ends up schematically reconstructing a legal argumentation prima facie opposite to the censorship of the state.
