    Este artículo tiene como propósito mostrar el crecimiento de la producción textual en la didáctica de la literatura y lengua castellana, que se ha desarrollado en instituciones educativas públicas y privadas de Educación superior en Colombia. De igual manera, presenta de forma estadística la producción editorial y anual de los libros que han tenido mayor demanda; se identifican los títulos que componen el corpus actual de los núcleos disciplinarios y, por último, se muestra el número de autores cuyo aporte ha sido significativo para esta disciplina emergente de la didáctica.

    The main goal of this article is to show the increasing textual production of spanish language and literature teaching texts. Through statistical data, the distribution in both public and private educational institutions and the titles divided into two great disciplinary axes, which compound the current corpus in Colombia, are presented. In the same way, the yearly production by publishing houses, the most influential books, and finally the authors who have had the biggest textual contribution to this emerging and necessary discipline into the teaching process are displayed.
