Máquina de acción combinada para la mezcla de suelos

    Los suelos aluviales presentan capas texturales contrastadas y de límites abruptos que dificultan el enraizamiento. Los objetivos del trabajo fueron diseñar una máquina integral que disturbe y mezcle los agregados del suelo y evaluar su distribución luego del pasaje de la herramienta de mezclado. Se utilizaron cajas de suelo, en laboratorio y en campo, constituidas por cuatro capas de partículas inertes de diferente color y separadas entre sí por capas de suelo. Como variable experimental se utilizó el número y el peso de las partículas presentes en diferentes profundidades del perfil de las cajas de suelo después del mezclado. De la evaluación del modelo a escala surgió la configuración de la máquina prototipo que consiste en una herramienta rotativa helicoidal accionada por la toma de potencia del tractor que, para avanzar a través del suelo, debe trabajar detrás de un subsolador. El prototipo diseñado para la mezcla de suelos intercambia los agregados entre los distintos estratos, eliminando límites abruptos entre capas.

    Alluvial grounds display contrasted textural mantles and rugged limits that make difficult the root. The purposes of the work were: to design an integral machine that disturbs and mixes the soil aggregates and to evaluate their distribution after the passage of the mixer. Soil boxes were used formed by four mantles of inert particles of different colour and separated by mantles of soil. As an experimental variable, the number and the weight of the appeared particles in different depths of the soil boxes profile after the mixture, were used. From the results of the scaled pattern arise out the configuration of the prototype machine that is composed of a helicoidal rotative tool actioned by tractor�s power take off, which could forward against soil if it works behind a subsolator. The designed prototype for the mixture soils interchanges the aggregates between the different mantles and eliminates rugged limits between mantles.
