Resumen de Hacia un nuevo modelo de desarrollo.Transformación y reproducción en el posneoliberalismo

  Luego del colapso del modelo neoliberal, Argentina parece identificarse como un caso particular de recuperación exitosa de una crisis de magnitud estructural. El crecimiento de los últimos años, que no registra similitud en el último medio siglo, da cuenta de ello. Esa nueva etapa, crítica de las recetas ortodoxas y de los organismos multilaterales de financiación, reabre el debate en torno a la conformación de un nuevo modelo de desarrollo y de las políticas públicas necesarias para llevarlo adelante. En ese marco, este artículo intenta mostrar los logros y avances del nuevo modelo y sus políticas, pero al mismo tiempo, las tensiones y estrategias que intentan influir sobre el mismo. Se hace hincapié en cuatro elementos que configurarían los pilares de la nueva estrategia:

  (i) la sustentabilidad, (ii) la equidad, (iii) la productividad y competitividad, (iv) y el consenso.

  El artículo discute además el contraste entre una estrategia que sigue percibiendo al Estado sólo en su perspectiva jurídica y garantista, y otra que le reconoce la perspectiva de encarar el bien común, de remitir a proyectos colectivos y de promover una sociedad inclusiva.

  After the collapse of the neoliberal model, Argentina appears as a particular successful case of economic recovering from a huge structural crisis.

  The economic grow during the last years seems to confirm it, and has no similarity in the last half century. This new stage, critical one from the orthodox prescriptions and from the multilateral financial institutions open up the debate about the conformation of a new model of development and the public policies required to carry it out. In this framework, this article pretend to show the achievement and progress of the new model and its public policies, but at the same time, it show the pressures and strategies that appears influencing over it. It focuses on four central aspects of the new strategic: (i) the sustainability, (ii) the equity, (iii) the productivity and competitiveness, (iv) the consensus. Furthermore, the article discuss about the contrast between the strategic that see just the juridical aspects of the State involvement and the strategic that recognize the role of the State to face the common goal, to built collective projects and promote an inclusive society.
