The XXI Century is being brought in question by what, since the former century, was considered a non-reversible fact: the disappearance of piracy. Reality makes pirates pass from the naïve childrens games, produced in the subconscious world, to the foreground of newspapers and to the opening of the newscasts in the real world, because of kidnappings, robberies and pillage, which remain out of any possibility of control. This fact proves the inability of the First World to maintain its commercial and fishing activities safe from this threat.
